Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Free shipping to all countries except Qatar and Kuwait.

Tax policies vary among different areas. No tax on orders placed in the U.S. Other countries and regions may charge customs or taxes based on local policies. Customers are responsible for all costs charged during or after shipping, such as cross-border duties, taxes, duties, etc.

Please give us 1-2 days to process and handle your order.

After that, the product will be dispatched from the Xiamen, China warehouse, and the standard shipping time will take about 7-10 working days.

For orders with a shipping address in the US, UK, CA, DE, you will enjoy 2-3 day delivery. Products will be shipped from the warehouse in that destination country, and shipping service will be provided by FBA or USPS. (For products that are in stock in US, UK, CA, DE warehouses)

How will my delivery be shipped?

Your parcel will be dispatched by different logistics system based on shipping regions, Frequently used carriers are USPS/DHL Express/Amazon logistics, etc.

How to check the status of my package?

Get your tracking number from order detail or your email send from Mairdi Once an item has been shipped. Then click here: https://www.17track.net/en.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

Shipping Restriction

The delivery time above is an estimate. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be some delays in the delivery. We will try our best to deliver it within the estimated time frameand we appreciate your understanding of the potential delay. 

Shipping Delay

 1. What should I do if my package is lost?

  • If the package is lost by logistics, please email to support@mairdi.net. Provide your order ID, and we will check with the logistics. Once confirmed your package is lost, we will resend a new one for you or refund you.

 2. What should I do if the package has not arrived within 30 days?

  • If your shipping address is in Peru, please wait patiently. Due to the remoteness of Peru, it usually takes 20 to 40 days. Other than Peru, packages should arrive within 30 days after shipment. If the estimated delivery time has been exceeded, please email to support@mairdi.net.

  • If you receive a notification that your package is delayed due to COVID-19, please wait patiently and contact us. We can help to follow up with the local post office.

  • If the post office didn't get through to you when dispatching, please contact us. We will provide you with the phone number of the local post office so that you can contact the local post office to arrange a pickup.

 3. What should I do if the package is going to be returned because it is not picked up?

  •  Please contact us to see if the package can be resent. If so, the package will be resent but you will be responsible for the delivery fee.

  • If the package is returned because of your absence, we will not be responsible for the related cost.
