Introduction

Mairdi provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. Please note this warranty policy is only available for products sold by Mairdi's online stores. Contact us via service@mairdi.net. You can also self-service directly through the warranty page.

This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

 What is your refund policy?


Mairdi offers a 45-day-money-back guarantee for all orders placed on our website. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your headphones, we’ll email you a prepaid USPS shipping label and you can return them for a full refund. (Initial shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii will not be refunded.)

Mairdi does not refund purchases from other retailers.

45-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason


Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 45 days of the date of purchase (Only for Mairdi registered users). Once the returned item arrives back in Mairdi's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Items must include original packaging
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For quality related warranty claims, Mairdi refunds the cost of the product itself

Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund requests for the 45-day money-back guarantee expire 45 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 45-day window. For purchases not made directly through Mairdi's online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.

 

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Mairdi are covered by a 2-years warranty, starting from the date of purchase (Only for Mairdi registered users). Items sold by Mairdi's authorized resellers will be covered by resellers' independent warranty policies.

For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent. Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

Process:
  • Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
  • Mairdi must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
  • The defective item's serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
  • It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection

Valid proof of purchase:
  • Order number from online purchases made through Mairdi
  • Sales invoice
  • Dated sales receipt from Mairdi official sale channels that shows a description of the product along with its price

 

Please note more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).

Warranty claims for product defects expire 60 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that are no longer within their original warranty timeframe or the 60-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.

Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:
  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
  • Buyer's accidental returns
  • Returning personal items
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Mairdi quality control to be in working condition
  • Returning defective items using international shipping
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

Not Covered Under Warranty:
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Non quality-related issues (after 45 days of purchase)
  • Free products
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Damage from outside sources
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)

Mairdi is not liable for:
  • Loss of data incurred from use of Mairdi products
  • Returning personal items sent to Mairdi

 

When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Mairdi, Mairdi takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Mairdi does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.

How to Request a Return?

How to Mail Back an Online Return?


Contact service@mairdi.net and let them know your order number and the items you wish to return.
Mairdi Customer Service team will send you the return address and other shipping instructions.
Drop off your package at the shipping carrier's location, and inform service@mairdi.net of the tracking number.
Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. When your return is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know. We check that the return package is intact, and a refund will be completed within 3 days.
Please note: If you’re returning multiple items, including all items in one box (even if some of them arrived in separate shipments or packages). And customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items

When your refund is complete, we'll email you right away and let you know. Original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Mairdi does not refund duties or taxes.

Online Return Refund & Processing?


Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment you made on www.mairdi.net
Once we receive your return package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
