How could I make an order for Mairdi products?

You can register an account and shop on the official website. Of course, an account has various advantages such as faster checkout process for future purchases and clear record of pending or completed orders.

Why was the deducted amount more than the agreed order amount?

Possible reasons for the exceeded amount are:
1. Exchange rate has changed.
2. Commission fee is taken by your bank or card company.
3. Your bank converts the currency for you to proceed with the payment. For instance, your card only supports USD transactions while the order should be paid in RUB. As a result, extra funds may be required for the conversion.
To figure it out, you may contact the bank to check the transaction details.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

You can only cancel/change your order up to one hour after the order is placed. Once we have shipped your package, you may simply return the items you unwanted by following our Return Instructions.

What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?

Our order confirmation email is sent out automatically by our ordering system. If you did not receive an Order Confirmation email and you are certain that you entered a valid email address during checkout, you may want to check your SPAM mailbox first. 

If there is no relevant email, please contact us at support@mairdi.net to confirm whether or not the order went through. For your convenience, we strongly recommend creating an account with us so that you can log in to keep track of your orders.

How do I check my order status?

You can check the status of your order on our website by clicking on Account--Orders.

You can also check it from the shipment details email we send you when items you ordered have been shipped.

If there are any questions, please contact support@mairdi.netwith your order ID, we'll be in touch in 24-48 hours and provide specific order status information.

Why my order was canceled?

1. The countries and regions cannot deliver.
2. If your orders were identified as high risk by our fraud analysis tool. We will confirm if it's ordered by you. Once we do not get any reply in 7 business days, then your orders will be canceled and refunded. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us at support@mairdi.net

What payment methods are supported?

PayPal, American_express, Diners_club, Discover, Jcb, Master, Shopify_pay, Visa, are all supported at the Mairdi.net store, and credit card installment payment.

Shipping & Refund

How long do they take to ship?

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping generally takes 7-10 business days for different countries and regions. For orders with a shipping address in the US, UK, CA, or DE, you will enjoy 2-3 day delivery. For details, please refer to the shipping policy.

Where can I get tracking for my order?

Once your orders ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. It can take 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be updated by the carrier. You can also view your tracking number under “Orders”. Then click here: https://www.17track.net/en or https://track.4px.com/#/

How long is the return and warranty period?

45-Day money-back guarantee and all quality-related defects on items sold directly by Mairdi are covered by a 2-years warranty, starting from the date of purchase. For details, please refer to the refund policy.

Mairdi does not refund purchases from other retailers.

Headphones

Are the headphones waterproof?

According to laboratory data, the headphones can reach IP67 waterproof level. Protect against ingress of dust (overall protection against contact, protect against penetration of dust); protect against brief immersion (anti-immersion), protect against 30-minute immersion in water up to 1 meter deep.

Is the battery of the headphones detachable?

No, and all headphones with signs of disassembly are not covered by the warranty.

Can I play anything on Mairdi headphones?

Yes. Bone conduction connects to your phone (or other audio source) and streams whatever it is playing, be it Spotify, a podcast, audio book.

How do I clean the headphones?

Rinse it off with water, or add a light amount of soap, and dry thoroughly before returning it to the case.
